With so many online shoppers this time of year and the postal service working overtime, we want to make sure your orders arrive on time! Below we have some information on what shipping options are available, approximately how long each option takes, and some last dates for processing in order to ensure delivery before the holidays:
Q. After I place my order, when will it ship?
A. Our warehouse is hustlin' to make sure your orders are out the door quick: each order is shipped approximately 24 hours after it's placed, give or take a few. This window is in order to ensure proper processing and allow for any changes in shipping or product info you may need to make. This applies to both domestic and international orders! If you have a last minute change, drop us a line at urgent@holstee.com!
Q. What domestic shipping options do you offer?
A. We offer USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class Mail, and USPS Express Mail. Our fastest possible option is USPS Express, which should arrive within two business days of ordering. Pricing will vary upon location, but you can always get a quick pricing estimate on the first page of checkout.
Q. When is the last possible day I can place a domestic order to ensure delivery before Christmas?
A. We feel you, last minute shoppers! Sometimes it can take some time to find the perfect gift; now all you need is a perfectly timed delivery! Here are the last dates you can order for on-time domestic shipments:
1. USPS First Class Mail Domestic - December 19th
2. USPS Priority Mail Domestic - December 20th
3. USPS Express Mail Domestic - December 21st
Q. What international shipping options do you offer?
A. We offer USPS First Class Mail International Parcel, USPS First Class Mail International Package, and USPS Priority Mail International. Though we typically advise 15-20 business days for all First Class Mail international orders due to the unfortunate unpredictability of awaiting customs clearance (for more information on customs, go here), USPS Priority Mail International is the faster option, estimating 6-10 business days for delivery. Keep in mind that customs will still apply to Priority orders, and USPS bases their delivery times according to their standards, not the customs department.
Q. When is the last possible day I can place an international order to ensure delivery before Christmas?***
A. This is a complicated question, but the short answers is: it depends where you are! See our list below of approximate delivery dates.
